Matilda has been great! Over many years, our archive had grown a lot but was built on a system designed for a much smaller organisation. Matilda patiently helped us redesign our archive to make it more user-friendly and efficient, making finding records so much simpler

We recently worked with RIO on a significant archiving project, during which they successfully collated over 3,400 records. They were excellent throughout, highly professional, proactive, and a pleasure to work with. They collaborated seamlessly with our Directors, offering valuable advice and suggesting process improvements that greatly supported the successful delivery of this important project. We’re extremely pleased with the outcome and would not hesitate to work with RIO again.

We used Records in Order to help us find a strategy to manage a large amount of paper based records. The task felt overwhelming, and as a 'non priority' job, was always dropped to the bottom of the to do list. 

Matilda approached the problem with a no nonsense, pragmatic attitude. She enabled us to think about any legal responsibilities and was able to offer her personal services to carry out any digitalisation or filing required.
