The initial consultation, held via Teams, is designed to gain a preliminary understanding of your records and their needs. Depending on the outcome of this discussion, an on-site visit may be required to support the preparation of the evaluative report.

The evaluative report will set out in detail the specific needs of your archive, as identified during the consultation, and will include tailored recommendations on the most effective methods, resources, and approaches to address these needs and support the long-term care of your collection.

Any further services, including but not limited to database creation, organisation, and cataloguing of recorded material, will be subject to an additional fee of £22 per hour, which will be agreed in advance and invoiced separately from the initial consultation.
